MilestonePlanner offers multiple ways to view and analyze your plans, each designed for different purposes and preferences. Choose the view that works best for your current needs.
Timeline View
The default timeline view shows your milestones along a horizontal timeline, making it easy to see the sequence of events and dependencies. This is perfect for understanding project flow and identifying potential scheduling conflicts.

List View

The Kanban view lays the same information out as four card blocks, so you can see what has moved and what is coming up side by side:
Changes to My Actions
Actions assigned to you that someone else has updated since you last looked.
Changes to My Milestones
Milestones you own that have been updated by other people on the plan.
Actions Due
The actions that are due or overdue right now.
Milestones Due
The milestones that are due or overdue right now.
Drag a card into Actions Due or Milestones Due to make it due now
Dropping a completed item back into a Due block re-opens it

Calendar View
Calendar view displays your milestones on a traditional calendar layout, making it easy to see what's happening in any given week or month. This is particularly useful for resource planning and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
Milestones View
This focused view shows only milestones assigned to specific team members, helping individuals see their responsibilities at a glance. Team members can see their milestones organized by status and priority.
Switching Between Views
You can easily switch between different views using the view selector in the main interface. Each view maintains your current filters and selections, so you can quickly compare information across different perspectives.

Grouping

Sorting
